So the first part of the session, regarding the overall business, was not too interesting for me since blogging is something that I'm not really into. I'm exactly the consumer that sticks to print publications (newspapers and magazines) mostly. I guess I'm just old fashioned that way. I am however interested in online businesses, so it was interesting in that respect.
What was great was when Professor Dans changed the course of the session by getting into the analytics part of it, since this type of data analysis is always interesting to me. It was also great since I had no idea how this was done, I've heard of Google Analytics, but did not really know or appreciate what it was, as I am old fashioned and a bit ignorant of online trends. So I can say that I definitely learned something about managing online businesses today.
